Spiritual Life Coaching

Coaching is partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential. The approach I am trained in is Co-Active Coaching which holds all people as naturally creative, resourceful, and whole; and capable of finding their own answers to whatever challenges they face.

 

Co-Active Coaching is a unique, proactive alliance in which coach and client work together as equals to meet the needs of the client. The job of the Co-Active Coach is to ask questions, listen, and empower. Skills and techniques are important; authenticity and connection are more important. The coach's job is to provide support to enhance the skills, resources, and creativity that the client already has.

 

This approach also believes that all parts of people's lives - their careers, relationships, recreation, personal growth, and finances for example - are interrelated and may be addressed on the way to the client's goal.

The whole person is coached to extraordinary results.  

 

In my coaching I coach the whole you and your whole life. By connecting spirit, body and mind I support you in discovering your true self. Along with my certification and years of life coaching experience, my tool box includes energy balancing and healing, spiritual and intuitive guidance and being able to connect deeply with my clients on all levels of their being, holding space as they navigate their experience and their life.
