My Story

Born and raised in Germany, Sky's background ranges from management in corporations, non-profits and restaurants to body and energy worker, yoga and Pilates teacher, intuitive and life coach. Re-inventing herself to follow her path and going through many transitions she has founded dare2Byou, a conduit for change in others, awakening their true selves with their passion, vision and dream.

Sky moved to the Bay Area in 1998, left the corporate world shortly after her move and has been on the healer’s path for over 15 years. Her resume includes Reiki, Bodywork, Intuitive Reading and Coaching, Energetic Balancing and Healing, Mindfulness Meditation, Yoga, Pilates, Nia, as well as Women’s Circles, and Workshops.

In her sessions, classes and workshops, Sky utilizes the many facets of her trainings and brings her whole self into her teaching to connect with clients and students on a deeper level.

At the end of 2017, Sky was diagnosed with breast cancer. The breast cancer diagnosis and her traumatic surgery experience were and are still big lessons for her with many epiphanies and life-changing aha-moments. Following surgery and treatment, she sold her Marin County Pilates and Yoga studio and has recently relocated to Santa Rosa with her family. Her focus has turned towards self-love and self-care, also exploring how she can share the gift of love with others.
